Information for a perfect holiday process

The only surprises you want on vacation are the good ones. We take care of the good surprises - and those who inform themselves about our terms and conditions in advance, prevent the others. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: Your comfortable room at the Hotel Madatsch in Trafoi will be available to you on the day of arrival at about 2:30 pm. You are more than welcome to arrive earlier and use our infinity pool, for which we are happy to provide you with a wellness bag complete with bathrobe and towels. In this case, there will be a flat rate of € 50.00 per room charged. Please let us know in advance.

Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 am at the latest. Would you like to continue using our Wellness & Spa area? You are welcome to use it until 6:00 pm. We will charge € 50.00 per room for this.

Cancellation conditions

Please note that we must charge expenses in the event of non-compliance with a reservation, a last-minute cancellation, a late arrival, or an early departure.

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

In the event of a written cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, no cancellation fees are incurred.
From 30 days to 7 days before the start of the holiday, 80 % of the booked arrangement will be charged.
From 7 days to arrival or in the event of a late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.

Services not used will not be refunded. The cancellation fee is charged regardless of the reoccupation of the room.

Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can do this in a few clicks directly here.

Slippers are no longer provided for environmental reasons, we kindly ask you to bring your own from home
for babies: cots, high chairs

Vacation with Dog

Upon request, you can also check in with your four-legged friend. However, please note that they are not allowed in the dining area or in the common areas, out of consideration for other guests.

The wellness & spa area, as well as the sky terrace and the garden area are dog-free zones.

A final cleaning fee of € 45.00 will be charged.

Payment: we accept all major credit cards except American Express, we are also happy to accept cash payments where we grant a discount of 1%.
