With the fine wines from our cellar, you can top off any exceptional meal. Over the years, we have curated a small treasure of selected bottles in our wine cellar. Many of these come from South Tyrol, but we also offer a good selection from other renowned wine regions in Italy and famous vineyards around the world.

Wine Region South Tyrol
While South Tyrol is one of the smaller wine regions in Italy, it is also one of the most diverse. At altitudes between 200 and 1,000 meters, the region benefits from perfect climatic and soil conditions that yield particularly aromatic and characterful wines. 98% of the wines hold the prestigious DOC status – a top value in Italy! The region predominantly grows white wines such as Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay, as well as red wines like Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet, along with some varieties of sweet and sparkling wines. However, the true stars are the two native red varieties: Vernatsch and Lagrein.
