At our hotel for fine dining, the restaurant is the centerpiece; the excellent cuisine is one of the main reasons for many regular guests to repeatedly visit our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol. Host Paul is personally in the kitchen, working daily on our exquisite gourmet menus with Italian, South Tyrolean and international specialties with great skill and dedication. The prerequisite is the best ingredients, predominantly regional, always fresh and high-quality processed. A good drop from our well-stocked wine cellar completes every meal. Sommelière Manuela Angerer will be happy to assist you with your selection.

Beautiful Memory

The restaurant (half-board) was not only beautiful (the tables were beautifully set - tastefully decorated). Every evening a very good 5-course menu, again cooked by the family. [...] The bar was very cosy, as was the terrace (the latter with a fantastic view).

The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet. You can specify all of your requests. These are always taken into account. Dinner consists of a 5-course menu, which has a different theme every day. This is also very well prepared.
