Host Paul is personally in the kitchen, working daily on our exquisite gourmet menus with Italian, South Tyrolean and international specialties with great skill and dedication. The prerequisite is the best ingredients, predominantly regional, always fresh and high-quality processed. A good drop from our well-stocked wine cellar completes every meal.
