As a guest at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, you’ll enjoy our gourmet half-board, starting with a rich breakfast buffet and followed by a multi-course gourmet dinner. Additionally, you have the option to choose from a small à la carte menu for lunch.
In the warmer months, our panoramic sun terrace invites you to relax – perfect for a cup of coffee, refreshing drinks, or a leisurely aperitif, while the surrounding peaks are just a stone's throw away.
Half-Board Plus
Start your day with a nourishing meal at our breakfast buffet, offering a wide selection of regional and homemade products: sweet treats, homemade pastries and jams, fresh fruits, cold cuts, South Tyrolean bacon, alpine cheese, yogurt, muesli, a bio-corner, and, of course, juices, select teas, and freshly brewed coffee. We also offer gluten-free and lactose-free products.
In the evening, you can first help yourself to a diverse buffet with fresh, crunchy salads, vegetables, and cold starters, homemade dressings, exquisite olive oils, and a variety of vinegars. Then, host Paul personally treats you to a 4-6 course gourmet dinner, freshly prepared and varied each day. The menu is a blend of South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine, with our own personal twist. We are happy to prepare vegetarian dishes as well.
The perfect wine to accompany your meal is chosen from our well-stocked cellar.
Culinary Highlights
