Our gourmet cuisine is the feather in the Madatsch cap. Our kitchen team work with great attention to detail and the best ingredients to create true gastronomic masterpieces.

South Tyrol is a land of culinary excellence and a treasure trove of premium-quality produce. We make a point to use LOCALLY-SOURCED ingredients and – whenever possible – delicacies of our own production, like the preserves, apple juice and smoked speck that you can taste every day at breakfast and dinner.

Get a good start to your day with a lavish breakfast buffetincluding fresh fruit, a small selection of products from organic farming, freshly prepared egg dishes, homemade cakes and much more.

Culinary crossovers on a sunny terrace

Feeling peckish after your morning pursuits? Drop by at our restaurant! Creative crossovers of Tyrolean specialities, Mediterranean dishes and international delicacies are served daily from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Whether you feel like a light snack or a proper lunch, weather permitting you are always welcome to enjoy it on our sun terrace.

At the Madatsch, dinner is a feast for the eyes and palate, with a rich salad and vegetables buffet followed by a four- to six-course gourmet menu. Twice a week, we zest up the culinary experience with an evening aperitif and a romantic candlelight dinner.

If you are partial to fine wines, you will appreciate the bottles from our well-stocked wine cellar. Sommelière Manuela Angerer will be on hand to help you choose the best wine accompaniment for your dishes – and you are welcome to indulge with some tasting!
