On the day of arrival, our guest rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00a.m.
Any extra services like ski classes, transfer services etc. do not require pre-booking and can be requested at any time to grant you maximum flexibility.

Pets are only allowed by previous arrangement. We are a pet friendly hotel, if you wish you can bring along your four-legged friend. However be aware that your pet is not allowed to enter the restaurant and the spa area. A final cleaning fee of € 45.00 will be charged.

… and it would be a shame if unforeseen circumstances forced you to cancel your booking. Please be aware that we have no choice but to charge cancellation fees in the case of no-show, short-term cancellation, and late arrival or early departure. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: No cancellation fees apply for cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected day of arrival. For cancellations made 30 days until 7 days before arrival we charge 80% of the booking price. For cancellations made 7 days until arrival or later, and in the case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booking price. Non-used services will not be refunded.
